If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, size exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days of the order’s FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT date. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. The items should be in their original packaging. All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters. We do not accept returns sent with Hellenic Post (ELTA), because items are often lost or seriously delayed.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. We make quality control in order to guarantee that you receive our products in excellent condition, however since your order is travelling a long way to get to you, we suggest that you check your item(s) as soon as you receive it and notify us within two (2) days of receipt in case you realize any damages, in order to ensure a hustle-free replacement. After this time window, we cannot accept the faulty item(s).

In case your order is returning from outside the EU, you will be additionally burdened with any other fees, duties and taxes imposed by customs authorities.


Store credit (voucher) can be used on a future order within 1 year of the return.


Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted and will be completed approximately within 8-10 business days.
